We welcome the report of the Independent Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Review chaired by Baroness Julia Cumberlege which has been today (8 July 2020).

The Authority gave oral evidence to the review. We are considering the review’s findings, and the recommendation that the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ should evaluate whether conflicts of interests have been adequately declared following consideration by the professional regulators about how this can be addressed for health professionals.
